Reporting Functions in Therapist Helper

success. Helper's reporting tools give you the ability to analyze
information about your practice quickly and easily. Understand
where your referrals come from, what your patient base is, and
the patterns of your day-to-day work.
Standard reports, including Overall Summaries, Patient Summaries,
Marketing Analysis Reports, Bank Deposit Slips and more are built
into Therapist Helper.
It's Report layout options - as seen in the Marketing Report
above - give you the ability to select grouping and totaling.
In addition, you can select many of the columns that appear on
the report.
The advantages of this setup are twofold:
Modifying reports is simple. All layouts use familiar language,
so you won't have to learn a reporting language to change a
layout.
This flexible setup is powerful: change the "total by"
in the above example from "Referring Source" to "Therapist"
and you'll see the appropriate data set. This ability to quickly
alter reporting criteria allows you to see cross-sections of
your data with minimal effort.
